STEP 1

Consultation and Information Gathering

Position & Company Specification Development

Target and Name Research

While many other agencies may rely on job postings or resume collecting, our approach is vastly different. During this stage of the process, we invest our time heavily by building comprehensive lists of hand-selected candidate profiles, which we then send to our client for review. We specifically target passive candidates who are employed and successful to find optimal matches to the role from a skill and background perspective. Calibration

Our calibrations are less of a step in the process and more of an ongoing part of the search to inform and drive decision-making.
